The Vagina Monologues is an award-winning play by Eve Ensler, made up of a series of raw, honest, and often humorous monologues based on real women’s stories about sexuality, violence, love, and resilience. It’s a groundbreaking work that has sparked global conversations about gender-based violence and inspired action to end it.

For Michigan Forensic Examiners, this production is more than theatre—it’s a way to raise awareness and funding for our mission to provide free, 24/7 medical forensic exams (rape kits) for survivors in our community. By sharing these stories on stage, we not only break the silence around abuse, but also directly support the services that help survivors begin to heal.
